Prince’s Research Excerpts on “Temples & Mormonism” Now Available as a Digital Resource

University of Virginia, Mormon Studies Program

Dr. Gregory Prince’s research excerpts on the topic of “Temples & Mormonism” are now available as a digital resource on our Mormon Studies website. These excerpts were compiled and organized by Dr. Prince in preparation for his book, Power from on High: The Development of Mormon Priesthood.

Prince’s research materials cover a wide range of topics, including temple healings, endowments, and more. We believe this resource will be particularly interesting and useful to Mormon Studies scholars, Religious Studies faculty and students, as well as anyone with an interest in temples and sacred spaces.

This resource is part of a larger series of Prince Collection digital resources, which also includes the David O. McKay and Leonard Arrington diaries, as well as research excerpts on Gay Rights & Mormonism from Dr. Prince’s book, Gay Rights and the Mormon Church: Intended Actions, Unintended Consequences and on Priesthood and Mormonism from his book, Power from on High: The Development of Mormon Priesthood. Dr. Prince’s research materials are also available in hard copy as part of our Mormon Studies Collection at the UVA Library.
