Elder Larry Echo Hawk, presently a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is an attorney, legal scholar and former Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Indian Affairs in the Obama Administration. Previously he served as the elected Attorney General of Idaho, the first Native American elected to that position. He will speak at the UVA Law School on public service.
